Na základě analýzy současné situace navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení výkonnosti a efektivity práce. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti průmyslového inženýrství. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí analýzy současnou situaci a navrhuje řešení, která povedou ke zvýšení efektivity práce a zlepšení ekonomické situace společnosti.cs
