| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání synchronních usměrňovačů se Schottkyho diodami. Nejprve jsou stručně popsány základy Schottkyho diod a synchronních usměrňovačů. Poté jsou ukázány aplikace, ve kterých se nacházejí synchronní usměrňovače. Ve třetí kapitole jsou porovnány synchronní usměrňovače a Schottkyho diody. Následující část se věnuje řídícím obvodům. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This study is focused on comparing the synchronous rectifiers Schottky diodes. First briefly describe the basics of the Schottky diode and synchronous rectifiers. After application are shown, they are located in the synchronous rectifiers. In the third chapter compares the synchronous rectifiers and Schottky diodes. The following section is devoted to the control circuits. The conclusion summarizes the findings. |
