| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sezonnosti v cestovním ruchu, konkrétně pak v hotelnictví. Jsou zde charakterizovány příčiny, důsledky, sledování a měření sezonnosti a zároveň také možnosti její eliminace, přičemž právě tyto jednotlivé možnosti jsou východiskem pro celou práci. Sezonnost je zde přiblížena nejprve z teoretického pohledu a poté je přistoupeno k jejím konkrétním aspektům v ubytovacím zařízení. Vliv sezonnosti je v rámci práce zkoumán v Hotelu Plzeň***, který se nachází v centru města Plzeň. V tomto konkrétním ubytovacím zařízení je sezonnost posuzována dle výsledků analýz interních údajů. Poté jsou navrženy změny stávajících postupů a zároveň navržena nová možná řešení sezonnosti. Tato nová řešení by v ideálním případě měla být v Hotelu Plzeň*** reálně provedena a jejich výsledky použity pro následné hodnocení, které umožní toto téma dále rozvíjet. |
| Abstract in different language: | This theses is focused on on the seasonality in tourism, specifically in the hotel industry. There are characterized causes, consequences, monitoring and measurement of seasonality as well as the possibilities of its elimination, whereas just these possibilities are the starting point for all the work. Seasonality is here described from the theoretical point of view, and then is aceeded to the specific aspects in an accommodation facility. Seasonal influence is investigated in this thesis in Hotel Plzeň***, located in the heart of Pilsen. In this particular accommodation facility is seasonality evaluated according to the results of the analyzes of the internal data. Then they are proposed changes to existing processes and also a new possible solutions seasonality. These new solutions should ideally be at the Hotel Plzeň*** implemented and their results are used for subsequent evaluation, which will allow evolve this issue further. |
