Získané numerické výsledky byly následně porovnány s experimentálně získanými daty, konkrétně byla trajektorie pohybu středu čepu ložiska, resp. středu plovoucího pouzdra v ložisku, rychlosti rotace plovoucích pouzder a trajektorie uzlů hřídele v pozichích odpovídajících měřícím bodům. |
Abstract in different language: | This dissertation thesis is focused on the mathematical modeling and dynamical nalaysis of high-speed rotating machines supported by floating ring bearings. The state of the art is described and the methodology of modelling of rotor-bearing system is described in detail. the gyroscopic effects and are respected by the derived mathematical description based on finite element method. The mathematical model of bearing supports is based on the classical theory of hydrodynamic lubrication. The mathematical model involving bearing forces is used as the default description for further analysis. Two computational models are used - the time-indenpendent linearized model and the non-linear model decribing time- dependent behavior. The described procedures were implemented in computational system MATLAB and used for dynamical analysis of the mass-produces turbocharger rotor. The computed numerical results were compared with experimental data, namely trajectories of shaft nodes corresponding to measuring points and journal geometric centers. Furthermore, the rotational speeds of floating rings were monitored and compared with results of numerical simulations. |
