| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá algologickým průzkumem na horním toku Vejprnického potoka. Cílem této práce bylo vytvoření druhového soupisu nalezených řas a sinic osidlujících sledované území, zaznamenání chemicko-fyzikálních parametrů povrchové vody a sezónní dynamiky druhů jednotlivých stanovišť. Soupis druhů a zaznamenaná data jsou obsažena v práci. Výsledky dané práce byly porovnávány se studiemi z podobných lokalit. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis deal with algological research on the upper reaches of the stream Vejprnický potok. Objectives of this work were to make an inventory of algal species, monitoring physico-chemical parameters of surface water and seasonal dynamics of studied habitats. The thesis includes a list of founded species of algae and cyanobacteria, the recorded seasonal dynamics and all information collected during the research. Results of the work were compared with studies of similar locations. |
