| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem "oboustranné kriminality" v kontextu sociálně vyloučené lokality v obci v Plzeňském kraji. Zabývá se trestnou činností, která je páchána jak jejími sociálně vyloučenými obyvateli, tak majoritní společností vůči těmto obyvatelům. Vychází z etnografického výzkumu založeného na metodě návratového zúčastněného pozorování a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis investigates and discusses the phenomenon of "mutual crime" in Roma ghettoes in the Czech Republic. Using Ali Madanipour's concept of socio-spatial exclusion and Marek Jakoubek's theory of "Roma crime", it depicts the world of majority society and the world of the excluded Roma as two different perceptions of social relations out of which emerge various forms of criminal behaviour. The text focuses on the (un)conscious violation of basic human rights of the Roma minority by actors from the majority as one of the main factors underlying criminal conduct in this context. The empirical part of this thesis analyses data constructed through ethnographic research in a Roma ghetto in a Czech village. Data were collected via participant observation and semi-structured interviews with actors in the field. |
