| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nákupní chování a možnosti zákazníků v Tlučné. Nejprve práce vymezuje jednotlivé typy maloobchodních prodejen a možnosti prodeje mimo prodejny se zaměřením na aktuální trendy v oblasti prodeje potravin online. Dále se práce zabývá nákupním chováním zákazníků a faktory, které ho ovlivňují. Také uvádí metody výzkumu použitelné k analýze nákupní situace. Následně je popsána obchodní vybavenost obce Tlučná a vybavenost jejího okolí. V poslední části je zpracování dotazníkového šetření, jež zkoumá preference obyvatel v Tlučné. Výsledkem je především určení jejich hlavního nákupního místa a prodejny, ve které nejčastěji uskutečňují svůj nákup. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on customer behavior and shopping possibilities in Tlučná. At first this thesis defines each type of retail store and sales possibilities of non-store retail with focus on current trends in e-commerce of grocery. This thesis describes customer purchasing behavior and factors that influence it. This thesis also focuses on research methods that can be used to analyze a shopping situation. The next part describes retail facilities in both Tlučná and the surrounding areas. The last part contains results of a survey that was used to examine shopping preferences of Tlučná's inhabitants. This thesis determines a shopping place and a store, where most of the inhabitants of Tlučná do their shopping. |
