| Abstract: | Disertační práce "Vliv cestovního ruchu na rozvoj regionu a podniků v něm působících" je zaměřena na vzájemné vztahy vnějšího prostředí a podniků, které poskytují služby cestovního ruchu. S ohledem na charakter produktů v oblasti turismu jsou v práci řešeny především aspekty regionálního a odvětvového prostředí ve vztahu k podnikům. Cílem této disertační práce je návrh postupu analýzy vnějšího prostředí pro podniky působící v odvětví cestovního ruchu a jeho dílčí aplikace na modelovém regionu. Nejprve jsou v práci vymezeny teoretické aspekty tématu se zaměřením na metody zkoumání vlivu cestovního ruchu na regionální/ekonomický rozvoj a na přístupy k členění a analýze prostředí podniku. Dále jsou zhodnoceny možnosti aplikace popsaných metod v rámcových podmínkách České republiky a jejích regionů. V další části je pak v souladu s cílem disertační práce navržen postup analýzy vnějšího prostředí pro podniky působící v odvětví cestovního ruchu. Autor v uvedeném postupu zdůrazňuje aspekt vzájemného vztahu vnějšího prostředí a podniku. Následuje aplikace navrženého postupu na příkladu České republiky a Karlovarského kraje. Byla provedena rozsáhlá analýza dostupných sekundárních, především statistických, dat, včetně odhadů vlivu cestovního ruchu na region. Představeny jsou též výstupy výzkumu, založeného na expertních rozhovorech s klíčovými aktéry cestovního ruchu ve zkoumaném regionu. Výzkum odhaluje hlavní vztahy mezi vnějším prostředím a cestovním ruchem. Výstupy z realizovaných analýz nevyvracejí autorovy předpoklady o neutrálním vlivu cestovního ruchu na rozvoj regionu a podniků v něm. Zároveň se však potvrdil významný vliv vnějšího prostředí na podniky cestovního ruchu. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené poznatky. Autor navrhuje možnosti pro další výzkumy, které vyplynuly z teoretické i empirické části práce, a představuje přínosy této práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis "The influence of tourism on the development of a region and businesses in that region" is aimed on the mutual relations between external environment and businesses providing services in tourism. With regard on the character of tourism product, the facets of regional and branch environment in the relation to businesses The objective of this thesis is the proposal of procedure of external environment analysis for business in tourism sector and the partial application of this procedure in a model region. At first the theoretical background of the topic is specified. The focus is set to the method of research of the impact of tourism on the regional (economic) development and to the approaches to the structure and analysis of company environment. Further the possibilities of application of the described methods in the framework of Czech Republic and its regions. In the next part of the thesis is in accordance to the objective of the thesis the author suggests the procedure of external environment analysis for business in tourism sector. In the procedure the author emphasizes the point of mutual relationship between the external environment und the business. The application of proposed procedure on the example of Czech Republic and Karlovy Vary region follows. The author carries out a broad analysis of secondary, esp. statistical, data. This includes estimations of the impact of tourism in the region. He also introduces the research outputs, which was based on in-depth interviews with key experts in tourism in the chosen region. The research reveals main relations between external environment and tourism. The outcomes of executed analysis do not disprove author's assumptions about neutral influence of tourism on the development of a region and its business. At the same time the significant impact of external environment on the tourism business was confirmed. Obtained findings are concluded. The author suggests further research possibilities, which resulted from theoretical and empirical parts of the thesis. He also presents its contributions. |
