| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na controlling pracovního kapitálu jako nástroje podnikového řízení. Na vysvětlení obecného pojmu controlling navazuje popis cílů controllingu, jeho funkcí, metod a postupů. Jako podklad pro praktickou část je charakterizován pracovní kapitál a způsoby jeho řízení. V empirické části práce je charakterizována společnost 2P Servis s.r.o., provedena analýza prostředí a analýza řízení pracovního kapitálu společnosti pomocí stanovených ukazatelů a finanční analýzy. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení controllingových aktivit v oblasti pracovního kapitálu společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focuses on the controlling of working capital as a tool of corporate management. An explanation of the general term controlling follows the description of controlling objectives/targets, its functions, methods and procedures. As a basis for the practical part is described working capital and ways of its management. The empirical part of the thesis is characterized by the company 2P Servis s.r.o., the analysis of the environment and the analysis of the company's working capital management using the established indicators and financial analysis. At the end of the thesis are presented proposals for improvement ofcontrolling activities in the area of working capital by subjected firm. |
