| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu motivace pracovníků. V první části jsou rozebrány techniky a metody výzkumu používané v praktické části. Druhá část práce vysvětluje některé důležité pojmy související s tématem motivace, vybrané motivační teorie a stimulační prostředky. Třetí část seznamuje čtenáře s Call centrem společnosti ČEZ Zákaznické služby s.r.o., s její personální politikou a stimulačními prostředky, které jsou ve společnosti využívány. Analýza současné motivace pracovníku, jejích silných a slabých stránek, byla provedena na základě teoretických poznatků, prostudování podnikové dokumentace a na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy a opatření, které by vhodně doplnily současný motivační systém a zároveň přispěly k odstranění slabých stránek společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the analysis of the motivation of employees. The first part discusses techniques and research methods which are used in the practical part. The second part explains the important concepts related to the topic of motivation, selected motivation theories and stimulation tools. The third part introduces to the reader the Call center of the ČEZ Customer Services Ltd., with its personnel policy and stimulation tools, which are used in the Company. The analysis of the current motivation of employees with its positives and negatives was realized after studying theoretical knowledge, business documents and questionnaires. The results of the work are suggestions and measures that would properly complete the current motivation system, and also would contribute to the elimination of weaknesses. |
