| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá optimalizací a standardizací přestavbo-vých časů při změně výrobní zakázky. Teoretická část slouží jako základní kámen pro implementaci metody SMED, která je následně aplikovaná v praktické části práce. Závěr práce je věnován technicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení implementace metody. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to optimize and standardize tool exchange times when the production orders are changing. The theoretical part serves as the cornerstone for the implementation of the SMED method, which is subsequently applied in the practical part of the thesis. The conclusion is dedicated to the technical and economic evaluation of the method implementation. |
