| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem spotřební chování zákazníků na trhu se značkovým oblečením v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace faktorů, které ovlivňují nákupní chování spotřebitelů, a to žen do věku 35 let. Šetření popisuje nákupní rozhodovací proces spotřebitelů a dále ukazuje hlavní rozdíly mezi demograficky vymezenými skupinami žen. Výsledky šetření vyplývají z primárních a sekundárních zdrojů. Primární data byla zajištěna pomocí samostatného marketingového výzkumu, kdy bylo využito dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky byly použity k tvorbě marketingového doporučení pro firmy, které na trhu působí v oblasti značkového zboží. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the research of consumer behavior of customers on the market of brandy clothing in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to identify factors that influence the purchasing behavior of customers, focused on women under the age of 35. The survey describes the purchasing decision-making process of consumers and also shows the main differences between demographically defined groups of women. The results of the survey come from primary and secondary sources. Primary data were collected by marketing research using a questionnaire survey. The results were used to create a marketing recommendations for companies operating in the market of brandy goods. |
