| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití reflexní terapie plosky nohy jako hlavního terapeutického přístupu pro ovlivnění LS syndromu a současných SI dysfunkcí. V teoretické části je rozebrána historie terapie a její současné pojetí. Práce ozřejmuje postupy reflexní terapie plosky nohy dle Hanne Marquardt, vysvětluje základní hmatovou techniku a popisuje indikované a kontraindikované stavy. V závěru teoretické části je stručně popsán LS syndrom a SI dysfunkce. Praktická část uvádí metodu reflexní terapie plosky nohy do praxe a s pomocí tří kazuistických šetření ověřuje stanovené hypotézy. Ve výzkumu se potvrdilo promítnutí funkčních poruch na těle do mikrosystému nohy a snížení palpační bolestivosti zatížených zón na noze. Předpoklad odstranění blokád v SI skloubení působením metodou reflexní terapie se nepotvrdil. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachaleor thesis focuses on an usage of foot reflexology as a main therapy method to affect lumbar syndrome and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. In theoretical part there is a short history description and modern conception of the method. This thesis is based on Hanne Marquardt´s Reflexotherapy of the Feet, therefore there is a short explanation of her method and also main indication and contraindication. At the end of the theory part there is a brief description of Lumbar syndrome and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. In the practical part of this thesis, foot reflexology was used on three patients to confirm pre-assessed hypotheses. The research confirms two of those hypotheses. The reflection of body dysfunctions onto foot mikrosystem and reduction of palpable painfulness in the zones on the foot. The third hypothesis was not confirmed. The dysfunction of the sacroiliac joint was still present at the end of the therapy. |
