| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na uplatnění franchisingu ve stravovacích službách uvedené na konkrétní firmě. Jsou zde popsány procesy probíhající ve franchisingové firmě a zhodnoceny její výhody a nevýhody. V práci je využito také dotazníkové šetření k objasnění veřejného míněný na uvedené téma. Z výsledků byla navržena opatření pro zlepšení pozice na trhu pro danou firmu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis is focused on application of franchizing concept in catering services described in a specific company. Processes in franchizing company are decribed there together with their advantages and disadvantages. A questionaire survey is used to explore the meaning of the public regarding this topic. Based on the results of the survey, suggestions for improvement are made. |
