| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením výkonové motivace u tří námi vybraných kolektivních sportů, konkrétně házená, florbal a hokej. Cílem práce je popis výsledků motivační struktury, které jsme získali výzkumem pomocí psychometrického nástroje LMI. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část začíná vymezením základních pojmů, popisem motivace, výkonové motivace a psychologie ve sportu. Praktická část se více věnuje psychometrickému nástroji LMI a popisuje zjištěné výsledky. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Bachelor thesis discusses the performance motivation survey of three collective sports, specifically handball, floorball and ice hockey. The primary objective of this thesis is to describe the performance motivation factors in collective sports via the LMI psychometric instrument. The Bachelor consists two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section starts with basic terms definition, description of the performance motivation and psychology in sport. The practical section of this Bachelor thesis is more concerned with the LMI psychometric intrument and description of the results. |
