| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření Atletického klubu Škoda Plzeň, interpretování dat finančních výkazů, tvorba finanční analýzy a hodnocení získaných výsledků. Navržena jsou také opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční i celkové situace organizace. Finanční analýza je zaměřena na ukazatele autarkie, rentability, likvidity a aktivity. Využita jsou data z dostupných finančních výkazů a objasněn je i vývoj nákladů a výnosů organizace v letech. Provedený výzkum ukazuje, že organizace se nenachází v ohrožení, ani se nepohybuje ve finančních potížích. Případná ztráta z hlavní činnosti je většinou kryta ziskem z doplňkové činnosti a obecně organizace se svým majetkem hospodaří dobře. Na základě zjištěných údajů je navrženo organizování Mistrovství České republiky v atletice, které by ještě dále přispělo k lepší finanční i celkové situaci organizace. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v provedení rešerše a deskripce studií v neziskovém sektoru, konkrétně spolku, a finanční analýze. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted thesis is focused on analyzing the management of the Athletics Club Škoda Plzeň, interpreting financial statement data, creating financial analysis and evaluating the results obtained. Then some improvements of the financial and overall situation of the organization are proposed. The financial analysis is focused on indicators of autarchy, profitability, liquidity and activity. Data from the available financial statements are used and the development of costs and revenues of the organization in years is clarified. The research shows that the organization is not in danger or in financial difficulties. Possible loss from the main activity is covered by the profit from complementary activity and generally the organization manages all assets and property very well. Based on the obtained data, it is proposed to organize the Championship of the Czech Republic in athletics, which would further contribute to a better financial and overall situation of the organization. The main benefit of this thesis is based on recherche and description of studies in the non-profit sector, specially the association and the financial analysis. |
