| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce analyzuje stávající logistiky firmy Hollandia, spol. s.r.o., tj. tok materiálů a výrobků od dodavatelů přes skladování, výrobu až přepravu k zákazníkům. K realizaci bakalářské práce bylo jako podklad využito odborné literatury, interních zdrojů podniku a osobních konzultací se zaměstnanci firmy Hollandia. První část práce se věnuje teoretickému úvodu do oblasti logistiky, vymezení základních pojmů, definic a logistických činností. Druhá část práce popisuje základní údaje a historii podniku Hollandia, nákupní proces včetně dodavatelů, výrobu, skladování, přepravu a odběratele. Veškerá stěžejní témata praktické i teoretické části jsou znázorněna pomocí schémat, která složí k lepší orientaci ve složitých podnikových procesech. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce jsou i návrhy na zlepšení aktuálního logistického stavu společnosti Hollandia. Celá bakalářská práce je zakončena závěrem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor's thesis analyses the contemporary logistics of Hollandia, Ltd. For instance, the flow of raw materials and inventory from suppliers, production, warehousing, and delivery to end customers. This thesis is based on relevant academic literature, alongside internal company resources coupled with in-person consultations with employees of Hollandia. In the first chapter, the thesis provides theoretical background on the topic of logistics by laying out key terms and definitions of logistics. In the second chapter, common information about Hollandia, alongside history of the company is being outlined. Furthermore, this chapter dives into analysis of purchasing processes including suppliers, production, warehousing, logistics and subscribers. All the central themes in both chapters of this thesis are depicted with a careful application of schemes, which in turn lead to better comprehension of complex company processes. Lastly, a series of recommendations on improvement of the current state of logistics in Hollandia is presented, which is an integral part of the thesis. The whole research paper is summarized in a comprehensive conclusion. |
