| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce na téma "Společenská odpovědnost organizací" je definovat tento koncept, představit danou společnost, ve které bude prováděna analýza tohoto konceptu a následně zhodnotit výsledky a připravit následná doporučení v této oblasti. Analýza byla provedena na základě průzkumu interních dokumentů a webové stránky, rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření. V rámci zhodnocení vyplynulo, že vybraná společnost Thun 1794 a.s. má vypracovaný systém pro tři hlavní oblasti, ale částečné nedostatky v komunikaci aktivit CSR mezi zaměstnanci a ve filantropické oblasti. Podle výsledků z analýzy byla vypracována doporučení na další aktivity v oblasti CSR pro společnost Thun 1794 a.s. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this Bachelor Thesis on "Corporate Social Responsibility" is to define this concept, to introduce the company in which the analysis of this concept will be carried out and then to evaluate the results and prepare subsequent recommendations in this area. The analysis was carried out on the basis of a survey of internal documents and website, an interview and a questionnaire survey. The evaluation revealed that the selected company, Thun 1794 Inc., has developed a system for the three main areas, but has partial gaps in the communication of CSR activities among employees and in the philanthropic area. According to the results of the analysis, recommendations for further CSR activities for Thun 1794 a.s. were made. |
