| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Digitální marketing ve vybrané evropské zemi". Teoretická část pojednává především o vybraných nástrojích digitálního marketingu a současně uvádí v souvislost informace a data z belgického trhu. Dále se zabývá rozvojem internetu a digitálního marketingu v Belgii a také prohlubováním vztahu se zákazníkem za pomoci digitálního marketingu. Praktická část práce poté porovnává dva výzkumy vedené v Belgii a v Česku. Cílem jejich vyhodnocení je získat vhled do spotřebitelského chování v oblasti digitálního marketingu. Dílčím cílem je z výsledků následně sestavit doporučení pro vstup na trh ve vybrané zemi - Belgii. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of "Digital marketing in a selected European country". The theoretical part is mainly focused on selected digital marketing tools and at the same time it puts them into context with information and data from the Belgian market. Furthermore, it deals with the development of the Internet and Digital marketing in Belgium as well as the deepening of the customer relationship with the help of digital marketing. The practical part of the thesis then compares two surveys conducted in Belgium and the Czech Republic. The aim of their evaluation is to gain insight into consumer behaviour in the field of digital marketing. A sub-objective is to use the results to make recommendations for market entry in the selected country - Belgium. |
