| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je věnována analýze in-store komunikace ve vybrané maloobchodní jednotce. Cílem práce je analyzovat uplatňování nástrojů ve výše uvedené prodejně a posoudit její profil dle zásad a doporučení na základě prostudované literatury. Zkoumanou obchodní jednotkou je supermarket COOP TIP v Blatné, jehož aktivity realizované v místě prodeje jsou konfrontovány na základě teoretických východisek. Metodami použitými k naplnění cíle práce jsou pozorování, dotazování a doplňující rozhovory. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navržena řešení, jak se efektivně vypořádat s problematickými oblastmi v rámci in-store komunikace, plynoucími z provedených výzkumných metod. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of in-store communication in a selected retail store. The aim of the work is to analyze the application of tools in the above store and assess its profile according to the principles and recommendations based on the studied literature. The researched business unit is the COOP TIP supermarket in Blatná, whose activities carried out at the point of sale are confronted on the basis of theoretical background. The methods used to fulfill the goal of the work are observation, questioning and supplementary interviews. Based on the acquired knowledge, solutions are proposed to effectively deal with problematic areas in in-store communication, resulting from the research methods. |
