Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis focuses on optimization of the milling cutter using 3D printing. In the theoretical part, there are presented types of 3D printing according to ISO/ ASTM 52900:2015, additively manu-factured milling cutters of the world's leading tool manufacturers and the possibilities of milling tools optimization. In the practical part, the model of the cutter with optimized internal working fluid lines and outlet nozzles on VBD is designed, printed on a 3D printer, and machined. In the next step, the ex-periment takes place to investigate the durability of the VBD during ma-chining of the material Inconel 718. The results are compared with the si-milar experiments of milling cutters that have been recently carried out at ZČU in Pilsen. An optimization to reduce the production costs is propo-sed in the conclusion part. |
