| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika organizační kultury, jejích projevů a významu pro organizaci. Práce má za cíl porozumět a popsat organizační kulturu Kooperativy pojišťovny a. s., Vienna Insurance Group, a jedné z jejích osmi agentur, Agentury Západní Čechy. Cíle práce jsou dosaženy prostřednictvím kvantitativních a kvalitativních výzkumných metod, které identifikují projevy kultury v Agentuře a určují její význam pro organizaci. V rámci případové studie je provedena analýza současného stavu kultury Agentury. Závěry práce zahrnují návrhy na opatření pro formování žádoucí organizační kultury v Agentuře s ohledem na cíle organizace. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of organizational culture, its manifestations and significance for the organization. The thesis aims to understand and describe the organizational culture of Kooperativa pojišťovna a. s., Vienna Insurance Group, and one of its eight agencies, Agentura Západní Čechy. The goals of the thesis are achieved through quantitative and qualitative research methods that identify the manifestations of culture in the Agency and determine its importance for the organization. The case study analyzes the current state of agency culture. The conclusions of the work include proposals for measures for the formation of a desirable organizational culture in the Agency with regard to the organization's goals. |
