| Abstrakt: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na verifikaci efektivnosti planogramu prostřednictvím eye trackingu. Cílem práce je pochopení nákupního chování spotřebitele a zjštění, zda je planogram efektivním marketingovým nástrojem. V diplomové práci je zpracován teoretický vstup, který souvisí s tématem behaviorální ekonomie, category managementu, merchandisingu, nákupním chováním spotřebitele a samotným planogramem. Zároveň je v této části popis metody testování oční kamerou (eye tracking). Praktická část obsahuje formulaci výzkumného problému, návrh výzkumu, realizaci, organizaci a výsledky výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden za pomoci oční kamery a experimentu. Poslední kapitola obsahuje celkové zhodnocení a závěry realizovaného výzkumu. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The presented master's thesis is focused on the verification of plan-o-gram effectiveness through eye tracking. The aim of the thesis is to understand the consumer's purchasing behavior and to find out whether the planogram is an effective marketing tool. The master's thesis deals with a theoretical input related to the topic of behavioral economics, category management, merchandising, consumer purchasing behavior and the planogram itself. At the same time, this section contains a description of the eye tracking. The practical part contains the formulation of the research problem, research design, implementation, organization and research results. The research was carried out with the help of an eye tracking and an experiment. The last chapter contains the overall evaluation and conclusions of the research carried out. |
