| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů online marketingu Zoologické a botanické zahrady města Plzně a jejích konkurentů v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní charakteristiky a definice nástrojů online marketingu. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze webových stránek a sociálních sítí vybraných zoologických zahrad v České republice dle daných kritérií. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a porovnat využití vybraných nástrojů online marketingu zvoleného subjektu a jeho konkurentů. Díky získaným datům lze navrhnout doporučení k zefektivnění jejího online marketingu a tím možného zisku dalších návštěvníků. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focusing on usage of online marketing tools of the Zoological and botanical garden Pilsen and its competitors in the Czech Republic. The thesis is split into two parts - the theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part introduces basic characteristics and definitions of online marketing tools. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of websites and social networks of the chosen zoos from the Czech Republic. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate and compare usage of chosen tools of online marketing of the subject of interest and its competitors. Thanks to the obtained data, it is possible to make recommendations to improve online marketing of the chosen subject to possibly gain more visitors. |
