| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu spokojenosti zákazníků Komerční banky, a.s. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly. První se zabývá samotnými bankami, druhá kapitola je věnována zákazníkovi a třetí kapitola rozebírá zákaznickou spokojenost. Praktická část je členěna rovněž do tří kapitol. Ve čtvrté kapitole této práce je představena zvolená banka. Pátá kapitola analyzuje spokojenost zákazníků s internetovým bankovnictvím. Poslední kapitola této práce je věnována navrhovaným doporučením. |
| Abstract in different language: | This presented diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of customer satisfaction in Komerční banka, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains three chapters. The first deals with the banks themselves, the second chapter is devoted to the customer and the third chapter discusses customer satisfaction. The practical part is also divided into three chapters. The fourth chapter of this thesis introduces the chosen bank. The fifth chapter analyzes customer satisfaction with internet banking. The last chapter of this thesis is devoted to the proposed recommendations. |
