| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací mystery shoppingu ve vybraných společnostech, které se specializují na prodej spotřební elektroniky. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou představeny základy marketingového výzkumu a následně představena technika mystery shopping. Ve druhé, praktické části, je popsána aplikace mystery shoppingu na vybraných prodejnách s cílem zhodnotit úroveň zákaznického servisu a celkového prostředí. Na základě shromážděných dat jsou identifikovány oblasti, kde je možné provést zlepšení, a formulovány návrhy pro zlepšení zákaznického servisu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor's thesis explores the application of mystery shopping in selected companies specializing in the sale of electrical appliances and electronics. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical section introduces the fundamentals of marketing research and subsequently presents the technique of mystery shopping. In the second, practical part, the application of mystery shopping at selected stores is described with the aim of assessing the level of customer service and the overall environment. Based on the collected data, areas are identified where improvements can be made, and proposals are formulated to enhance customer service. |
