| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit zda a jak se mění spotřeba se změnou sociálního statusu. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na rozdíly v pozicích studentů/tek a absolventů/tek vysokých škol. Každá z těchto pozic má svá specifika a předpokládám výraznou změnu, jež se pojí s přechodem z jedné pozice do druhé. Středem mého zájmu je jejich každodenní spotřeba, především bydlení, potraviny, drogistické zboží a ošacení. Předpokládám, že se jejich spotřeba změní spolu se změnou jejich statusu. Hlavní otázkou tedy je, jak se mění každodenní spotřeba se změnou statusu ze studenta vysoké školy na jejího absolventa. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První z nich je teoretická, druhá metodologická a poslední se věnuje výsledkům empirického výzkumu. Pro výzkum bylo využito metody zúčastněného pozorování a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Do výzkumu bylo zapojeno 20 participantů a vzorek byl genderově vyrovnaný. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of this work is to find out if and how does one's consumption change with his/her change of social status. In particular, this work focuses on differences between status of students and university graduates. Both groups have their own specifics and therefore I assume a significant change bound to the transition from one group to the other. The cynosure is their everyday consumption, particularly their accommodation, groceries, dry goods and clothing. I assume individuals' consumption will change along with their status. Thus the main question is how does the everyday consumption change in relation to student ? graduate status change. This thesis is organized into three main chapters. The first one is theoretical, the second one methodological and the last one is evaluating the results of empirical research I performed. Two methods were used for the research: participating observation and semi-structured interviews. Twenty participants were included in the research. The group was gender-balanced. |
