| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce charakterizuje proces pracovní přípravy a následného sociálního a pracovního začleňování handicapovaných jedinců do společnosti. Čtenář zde nalezne výčet klientů se zdravotním omezením, kteří využívají sociální organizace zaměřené na pracovní přípravu a jak tyto organizace fungují. Dále pak možnosti zaměstnávání lidí se změněnou pracovní schopností a jeho legislativní zakotvení v České republice. Třetí kapitola teoretické části zahrnuje určení významu ergoterapie v terapeutických a chráněných dílnách. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována třem klientům - s mentálním, s tělesným handicapem a klientovi s duševním onemocněním, kteří prošli některou z forem předpracovní terapie a nalezli pracovní uplatnění v chráněných dílnách nebo na volném trhu práce. Cílem praktické části je prostřednictvím biografického rozhovoru s výše zmíněnými klienty popsat proces začleňování jedinců se zdravotním postižením do pracovního procesu v praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of my bachelor work describes the process of labor training and subsequent social and labor integration of disabled individuals into society. There is a list of clients with health limitations who use social work organizations focused on job preparation and also how these organizations operate. Furthermore there are opportunities to employ handicapped people and its legislative basis in the Czech Republic. The third chapter of the theoretical part includes the importance of occupational therapy in therapeutic and sheltered workshops. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to three clients - mentally, physically handicapped and clients with mental disorders, who have undergone some form of job training and then have found an employment in the sheltered workshops or in the open labor market. The practical part describes, through a biographical interview with the aforementioned clients, the process of integrating individuals with disabilities to work in practice. |
