| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je upozornit na problematiku nutričního poradenství v podmínkách základních škol. Dílčím cílem je shromáždit základní informace, názory a představy jak řešit nutriční problémy u žáků na základních školách. Teoretické část práce je věnována historii, vymezení pojmu nutričního poradenství a roli nutričního poradce působícího v oblasti pomoci a vzdělávání žáků na základních školách. Na tuto část přímo navazují kapitoly, které jsou věnovány legislativnímu vymezení nutričního poradenství v podmínkách základních škol. V praktické části práce jsou vyhodnoceny dotazníky z anonymního dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnili pedagogové základních škol, čímž byla zhodnocena problematika nutriční podpory. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of thesis is to draw attention to the issue of the nutritional counseling within the conditions of primary schools. The sectional aim is to gather basic information, opinions and ideas how to solve nutritional issues of students in primary schools. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the history, the definition of the nutritional counseling and the role of the nutritional counsellor operating within the field of help and education to students in primary schools. This part is followed by chapters which are devoted to the legislative framework of nutritional counseling within the conditions of primary schools. In the practical part of the thesis, questionaries from anonymous survey, in which teachers of primary schools participated, are evaluated thereby the issue of the nutritional support was evaluated. |
