| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast personálního marketingu v organizaci Lasselsberger, s.r.o. Na začátku je zpracována teoretická část k danému tématu. Následuje praktická část, která nejdříve popisuje danou organizaci, včetně popisu strategického záměru a podnikatelského prostředí. Hlavní část práce představuje analýzu jak externího personálního marketingu, tak interního personálního marketingu. Součástí analýzy je dotazníkového šetření, které stanovuje silné a slabé stránky organizace jako zaměstnavatele. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navrhnuty opatření pro zlepšení činností obou oblastí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the area of personnel marketing in the organization Lasselsberger, s.r.o. At the beginning, is compiled the theoretical part of the topic. Following practical part, which first describes the organization, including a description of the strategic plan and the business environment. The main part presents an analysis both external and internal personnel marketing. The analysis included a survey that determines the strengths and weaknesses of the organization as an employer. Based on this information are suggested meassures to improve the activities of both areas. |
