| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením marketingové komunikace na internetu, konkrétně zhodnocením webových stránek společnosti DM drogerie. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy z oblasti marketingu na internetu a marketingové komunikace na internetu. V empirické části je provedena heuristická analýza použitelnosti webových stránek společnosti a kvalitativní studie oční kamerou zakončená SUPR-Q dotazníkem. Výstupem empirické části práce je výzkumná zpráva shrnující všechny zjištěné poznatky včetně hodnot SUPR-Q skóre a Net Promoter Score a obsahující náměty pro další výzkum. |
| Abstract in different language: | The master thesis is focused on the evaluation of marketing communication on the internet, specifically the evaluation of webpage of DM. The theoretical part includes basic terms of online marketing and marketing communication on the internet. In the practical part is performed the heuristic evaluation and eye tracking study which is ended by SUPR-Q. Gained results are summarized in a research report which includes also SUPR-Q score, Net Promoter score and ideas for a future research. |
