| Abstract: | Tématem předložené diplomové práce je společenská odpovědnost firem v České republice. Prvním cílem této práce je charakteristika pojmu společenská odpovědnost firem a jeho vývoj. Druhým cílem je popis současných trendů v dané oblasti. Tyto dva cíle tvoří teoretickou část práce, která je rešerší odborné literatury v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti firem. Třetím cílem této práce je analýza společensky odpovědných aktivit společností Murr CZ, s. r. o. a MD ELEKTRONIK spol. s r. o. Posledním cílem této práce je komparace analyzovaných aktivit. Z komparace vyplývají návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení společensky odpovědných aktivit v analyzovaných společnostech. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this diploma thesis is the Corporate social responsibility in the Czech Republic. The first goal of this thesis is describe definition of Corporate social responsibility and its development. The second goal is describtion of current trends in this area. These two goals create theoretical part of this thesis, which are bibliographic research in Corporate social responsibility. The third goal of this thesis is analysis of social responsibilities of companies such a Murr CZ, s. r. o. and MD ELEKTRONIK spol. s r. o. The last goal of this thesis is comparation of analyzed social responsibilities. The result of comparation are proposals recommendations to improve the social responsibilities of analyzed companies. |
