| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci vybraných obchodů s online prodejem. Cílem práce je zhodnotit marketingovou komunikaci společnosti Datart a dle získaných poznatků případně navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro další praxi v oblasti marketingové komunikace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části autor definuje marketingovou komunikaci a jednotlivé nástroje komunikačního mixu. Praktická část analyzuje marketingovou komunikaci společnosti Datart a následně porovnává využívání vybraných nástrojů marketingové komunikace s nástroji významného konkurenta, kterým je společnost Electro World. V závěru práce jsou identifikované nevyužité příležitosti a vhodná doporučení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of selected stores with online sales. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the marketing communication of Datart and, according to the obtained knowledge, to propose suitable recommendations for further practice in the field of marketing communication. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the author defines marketing communication and individual tools of the communication mix. The practical part analyses the marketing communication of Datart and then compares the use of selected marketing communication tools with those of a major competitor, which is Electro World. The thesis concludes by identifying untapped opportunities and appropriate recommendations. |
