| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou akulturace styčných důstojníků pro migraci a doklady sloužících v zahraničí, a to s cílem zjistit, jak styční důstojníci pro migraci a doklady zvládají proces akulturace v zemi jejich vyslání. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na koncepty interkulturní komunikace, kulturního šoku a akulturačních procesů spojených pobytem v zahraničí a následného návratu zpět do domovské země. Praktická část je založená na kvalitativním výzkumu, který je proveden formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a vyhodnocen pomocí tematické analýzy. Výsledky zobrazily schopnost adaptace policistů v novém kulturním prostředí a také pozitivní dopad na jejich soukromý a profesní život po návratu do domovské země. |
| Abstract in different language: | The primary objective of this research is about the problematic of acculturation of liaison officers who have been deployed in foreign countries. Whether they are able to adapt to the different living conditions and culture, especially in the short term period. Also how they are experiencing the culture shock and subsequent reintegration shock after returning to their home country. The theoretical part is about the description of the concept of intercultural communication, culture shock and accultural processes associated with deployment abroad. The practical part is based on a qualitative research, which is conducted through semi-structured interviews with police officers deployed as a liaison officers abroad. The results were evaluated by using a thematic analysis which proved that police officers are able to adapt in a new cultural environment and also they are evaluating their deployment positively in both their private and professional lives. |
